About the role:
To ensure the Pacific Zone is best in class in adopting the Territory approach, focusing on governance, risk, and ESG reporting integration across strategic initiatives.
The Territory Integration and Risk Manager position supports compliance with internal policies, local procedures, and IFRS15, and facilitates the integration of newly acquired entities. It also leads governance councils and contributes to operational resilience and responsible business practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Territory Council and other governance councils to share best practices.
- Consult with Corporate, Finance & Control functions (Legal, Tax, Treasury, Schneider Digital, etc.).
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with finance policies.
- Collaborate with ESG, sustainability, and finance teams to integrate ESG reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends related to ESG disclosures.
- Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Create and execute integration plans covering systems, people, processes, legal, and tax.
- Act as SME for Pacific on integration and compliance for new entities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure new entities are Unify-ready.

External: Professional Advisors, New Entities
About you:
To see success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate 10 years of experience in Finance and Control within an ASX top 100 business or professional services or projects environment, including a minimum of 5 years proficiency working in Australian and New Zealand entities in accounting, driving forecasting, budgets, projects, and transactional cycles of multiple business units.
Key skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification (Masters) in Financial Accounting or a related financial risk field
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Financial (P&L) management, forecasting and budgeting
- Risk management, business systems, continuous improvement and quality
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Excel, Tableau)
- Performance measurement knowledge
- Advanced systems, analytical tools, and data management
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Critical evaluation of proposals and opportunities, strong problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work autonomously
