The Role: Tendering Solutions Engineer
What will you do?
• Analyze customer requirements and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Prepare comprehensive and technically sound quotations based on schematic diagrams and customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support tendering and execution governance for projects under modernization initiatives.
• Assess power quality and electrical distribution performance through site audits or remote evaluations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance safety, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
• Develop precise consulting audit quotations for power solutions aligned with project specifications and schematics.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in quotation accuracy, delivery timelines, and technical expertise.

• Identify and propose appropriate Schneider Electric technical solutions.
• Utilize Schneider Electric quoting tools to configure and price solutions effectively.
• Submit complete tender proposals within customer deadlines and conduct follow-up and negotiations.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving customer experience and satisfaction.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must have an accomplished background in understanding schematic and single line diagrams.
• Relevant electrical trade/engineering and quotation preparation experience.
• Possess a track record in delivering quotes involving MV / LV electrical distribution equipment.
• Highly organized and systematic, able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision.
• Able to multi-task effectively, highly organized, with good planning and prioritization system.
• Keen attention to details, high commitment to quality output
• Team-oriented; proactive to help and care for the other members of the team
