- To be able to build costing & offer using Microsoft excel. Must be well verse with Microsoft excel.
- Collaborations
- Internal : Sales Representative, Opportunity Leader, Intra Group Suppliers, Customer Project managers, Procurement, Logistics, Legal advisors, Risk Managers, Finance, Quality, Safety
- External : Customers, Subcontractors.
- The Field Services Tendering Engineer works in close collaboration with the Field Services Sales and Opportunity Team, on the services customer project.
- As part of the Tendering Team, he or she contributes to the bid elaboration for qualified project opportunities by creating an adequate offer reflecting the customer needs.
What will you do?
- Provide timely and accurate quotations as requested by sales
- Evaluate Tender Specifications and develop customers' request into a Schneider Electric's offer by proposing solutions that comply with the customers requirement in the most cost-effective manner
- Support ales team by participating in the technical clarifications
- Liase with internal Product manager and or External Suppliers for RFQ (request for quotation)
- Be a single point of contact and accountability throught quotation during the RFQ (request for quotation)

Who will you report to?
- Reports to the Tendering Team Manager.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's in / Computer Engineering / Electrical / Electronic related or similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have good skills in Microsoft excel. Adaptability & team work. SAP skills would be an advantage.
