Tender Engineer
Position: Ingeniera/o de Propuestas de Servicios
Location: Lima, Perú
What You Will Do
Prepare offers which includes
Analysis of customer requirements and possible deviations in our proposal
Prepare the technical offer including technical specification of the solution, services proposed and execution time line
Coordinate with Schneider factory and/or outsource partner quotations to get relevant costing of the different package
Prepare the Cost breakdown for the Service offer to be reviewed and agreed with the Business Manager
Calculate the forecast Gross Margin
Identify and collect technical, commercial and legal risks and opportunities in Bid phase. Draw up actions to mitigate possible risks and increase margin.
Depending on the amount of the offer and the complexity, prepare the RITE and elevate to Legal
Work in close collaboration with the Sales rep in charge of the opportunity to optimize the offer
Ensures high level of Tendering service by providing offers to customer on time
Measure and follow up customer satisfaction, tendency shows improvement

Participate to the project related Handover Meeting in the defined timeline and deliver all project related documents to Project Management.
Electrical / Electronic Engineering-related degree, although general management commercial background
3 - 5 years experience in Tendering and/or Project management
Read and understand electrical drawings
ERP system understanding
Good communication and negotiation skill
Business understanding
Experience of similar industry
Knowledge of medium and low voltage equipment
