Tender Engineer

• Responsible for delivering the tendering plan in order to answer biddings for different segements (Oil & Gas, Railway, Industry...).
• In charge of technical specifications and provide technical support to the sales activities for Medium Voltage Primary Distribution products.
• Promote the specification of the products to end user/DI during the opportunity stage.
• Tendering documentation (both specifications and terms/conditions) checking and understanding.
• Prepare the technical offer.
• Conduct price analysis to the offer.
• Make spec-in at bidding documentation draft stage (clarification during the customer evaluation stage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above major in Power Supply system.
• Medium voltage electric apparatus knowledge.
• Good English communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft office software at least in EXCEL/WORD/Project professional /PDF/PPT.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software.
