Your role:
Reporting to the Technical Manager (Artur Fritz), your objective is to deliver significant value to Schneider Electric (SE) business units by strategically using our next generation control automation platform .
In addition to industry and business knowledge, you are an expert in critical customer processes, have a clear focus on the technology, and understand how technology may solve problems or find new ways that improve productivity, output, supply chain and ultimately, the bottom line of customers.

Your missions:
- Provide technology, engineering, and application expertise for electrification and control of various process heat applications in the Heavy Industries and Consumer Package Goods segments.
- Develop new ideas of solutions for growing their segments revenue leveraging digital technologies.
- Understand the requirements and help on the architecture design together with the team.
- Define and Develop software applications for specific proof-of-concepts based on IEC61499.
- Be accountable for the perception by the segment customers that Schneider - Electric is a visionary and dvalue-oriented company.
- Contribute to segment innovation plans to prioritize strategic use cases with technology that provides a unique value proposition for improved sustainability & efficiency of targeted sub-segments.
- Coordinate testing and development activities with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Support productization of the best profitable ideas (reference architectures, marketing assets, thought leadership, ...).
- Work with the segments solution architecture team.
Your profile:
- College degree (Bachelors required, Masters or PhD preferred) in engineering or technology required, preference for chemical, petroleum, environmental, or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10 year's experience in industrial technology, with advanced technical expertise primarily in electrification and control for process heat in the heavy industries segment
Your competences:
- Customer centric. Able to work with technology partners and end user customers with effective communication skills and customer empathy.
- A technology and business acumen, strategic and creative thinking to solve problems.
- A passion for sustainability.
- Confident speaker able to present at conferences and discuss technology.
- Experience working with global / inter-cultural teams.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation and Power Distribution systems and software. Preferably some experience in research, testing, and offer development.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to write papers and present content related to technology and sustainability subjects..
- Confidence in front of all types of stakeholders (C-Level, Business Leaders, IT & OT Leaders, Cyber Security, Sustainability Leaders)
