Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, reassure them during the resolution phase, and provide palliative/corrective solutions that enhance their experience and knowledge of Schneider Electric solutions.
Solve Complex Customer Problems: Reproduce, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis on complex technical problems related to our core automation products and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Schneider Electric country technical teams, L2 and L3 experts globally, R&D, offer management, project, and quality leaders to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Offer Creation: Interact with specific project teams as a global L3 representative, sharing the Voice of Customer to make future offers more relevant and attractive for our customers, while growing your competency along with the development cycle and sharing knowledge within the CCC organization.

Coaching: Offer guidance and training to lower-level support teams to enhance their troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Technical Background: A technical engineer specializing in OT or IT technologies with at least 3 years of field experience within Industrial Automation System Integrator/OEM/End-User as an automation control system architect/programmer or project execution, maintenance engineer, etc., with Schneider Electric or competitors' solutions.
Knowledge: Strong Industrial Automation technical background, with knowledge in areas such as operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networks and communication protocols technologies (VxWorks).
Skills: Strong customer orientation, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and organizational skills. Great skills in listening, understanding, and explaining complex things in the right words to the right audience.
Communication: Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment with strong communication skills in English.
