Project Manager Position:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join Strategic Program and Project Management Team at DCR. Reporting to the SPgMO Capability Leader, you will be focusing on Project Initiation, Planning & Kick-off, End to End Execution/Monitoring and Delivery of some of the Key Strategic Programs at DCR Digital Customer Experience Team related to Web, Mobile, mySchneider, e-Commerce, Product EcoSystem, Global Search and many more.

• Providing "Standard Methodology & Assets" for managing programs and projects to ensure they get executed in a consistent way

• "Mentoring on Program and Project management methodology"

• "Monitor and Control" the Governance of the Key Strategic Projects / Programs on a regular basis

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with respect to Project Artifacts following SPgMO framework

Requirements and skills

• Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers -

• Project Management Diploma / Degree preferably - PMP mandatory

• Experience with Project Management of Software Rollouts Web, Mobile, Migrations Projects, Implementation Projects

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent and interpersonal skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
