The EcoStruxure Platform is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) for IoT use cases in multiple verticals including Buildings, Data Centers, Industry, and Infrastructure, designed from the ground up to accelerate EcoStruxure Digital Offers.This platform creates new business and technology capabilities for the group to develop Internet of Things enabled offers and grow Digital Services, to support our customers in their efficiency and sustainability challenges.

The Platform Operations (Ops) team is managing the run phase of the EcoStruxure platform, focusing on onboarding customers and assuring service reliability and resiliency with observability, automation and the security of Preview and Production environments. The team provides expert support for production incidents and ensures uptime SLA commitments are met.

The team operates as an agile organization, focused on proactiveness, efficiency, collaboration and innovation.

All services, offers, technological platforms, are hosted and operated in Microsoft Azure
environments, and make extensive use not only of IaaS services but also of PaaS/SaaS services.

You r role :

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) orchestrates complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering and product teams, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with platform goals. They manage risks, dependencies, milestones, facilitate release planning and structured communication, and support compliance efforts like SDL and data governance. TPMs serve as the connective tissue between engineering execution and business outcomes, driving transparency, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment across the EcoStruxure Platform.

Technical Program Managers embrace core Agile principles - collaboration, adaptability, and
continuous improvement - over rigid adherence to processes or frameworks. The goal is not to "do Scrum" or "follow steps," but to think and act with agility, empowering teams to respond to change and deliver value iteratively

Specifically, the Technical Program Manager for Platform Operations would perform the following functions:

  • Lead the "OpsForBU" program to provide operational support to SE LoBs for Digital
    Offers working with 3rd party service providers
  • Drive transparency, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment across the
    EcoStruxure Platform and LoB
  • Lead programs related to Operations such as Run Readiness and SLA delivery
  • Work closely with Product Management and Program Management Office to ensure the successful delivery


Your key responsibilities :
  • Collaborate closely with external partner, project team and internal Schneider LoBs to
    clarify responsibilities, establish milestones and alignment
  • Understand the complex organizational structures of different divisions and LoBs
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Business and key stake holders
  • Take end to end ownership for the global project implementation
  • Ensure delivery of project on time and on budget
  • Facilitate communications between external partners, project team and stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and monitor issues & risks for projects
  • Project schedule tracking
  • Provide regular Project status update and management reporting
  • Organize meetings with agenda, minutes distribution
  • Escalate to management when project progress is not satisfactory


You r profile :

  • 10+ years of strong global project management experience
  • Certifications in Project Management such as PMP or PRINCE 2 certified or SCRUM
    master are preferred
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience and knowledge of the Digital Offers of SE and the expectations of their
    customers/users
  • Knowledge of the SE LoB organization and key stakeholders
  • Functional experience and knowledge of the technologies used for operations including Application and Infrastructure Monitoring, Incident Management, SE cybersecurity requirements including Digital Certification, and typical cloud managed
    services such as backup, patching, etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects independently, without mentorship
  • Proven track record of working on global projects requiring communication and co
    ordination with teams in multiple locations & time-zones
  • Skills in all aspects and methodologies of project management
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle of Digital Offers and Platform
  • Understanding of Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS or GCP)


  • Service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Agile mindset - quick learner, adaptability in a highly moving and fast-growing
    environment
  • Ability to guide / influence the work of others who are not hierarchically reporting to the
    TPM's organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resourceful & proactive: take initiative & act
