What will you do?
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead the alignment of Schneider Electric's SCADA solutions with the evolving needs of web giants and hyperscale data center operators. This role is pivotal in driving collaboration between Schneider Electric's Global Solutions Program and the data center design leadership of leading technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Alignment:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for SCADA solutions tailored to hyperscale data center environments.
- Ensure alignment with client vision, technical standards, and long-term operational goals.
- Ensure project deliverables are matched with appropriate engineering assignments by managing skill and availability matrices
- Oversees and ensures the quality standards of Points/Graphics deliverables

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison in meetings with data center design leadership at major web-scale companies.
- Collaborate with Schneider Electric's Global Solution Program leadership to ensure internal alignment and execution readiness.
- Participate in cross-functional planning and prioritization sessions.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the SCADA team, ensuring high performance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, driving continuous improvement.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure platform.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in SCADA systems, industrial automation, or data center infrastructure.
- Proven track record in program or project management, ideally in a client-facing or partner-integrated role.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and control systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or supporting large-scale technology companies is a strong plus.
