At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Technical Manager to lead our IGSS SCADA team. IGSS SCADA is our own graphical software(SCADA) for data collection, control, and monitoring of critical infrastructure. In addition to managing and leading our current team of ten people, with an agile mindset, you will collaborate vital stakeholders throughout Schneider. You will have responsibility for the teams activities, from early team engagement till the software increments with a specific focus on customer satisfaction.

What You'll be doing:
Lead and Inspire a Skilled Team
Manage and mentor a team of 10 software professionals working on IGSS SCADA SOFTWARE, Schneider's proprietary graphical software for monitoring and controlling critical infrastructure.

Drive Agile Product Development
Champion agile methodologies to ensure efficient workflows, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
Collaborate Across Schneider Electric
Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align development efforts with strategic goals and ensure seamless integration of IGSS SCADA SOFTWARE within broader solutions.
Own the End-to-End Delivery Process
Take full responsibility for the team's activities-from early engagement and planning to execution and delivery-with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Focus on Customer-Centric Innovation
Ensure that software development is guided by customer needs and feedback, driving innovation and usability in SCADA solutions for critical infrastructure.
What Will Help You Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
Experience in industrial automation, SCADA software, or PLC and a solid understanding of IT systems
Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of risk management and issue prevention methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
