The Role: Talent Attraction Business Partner
We are seeking a strategic Talent Attraction Business Partner with a strong project management mindset to act as a talent advisor working closely with hiring managers and business leaders and partners to shape workforce plans, influence talent decisions, and ensure hiring strategies align with long-term business objectives. Rather than operating reactively, the TABP drives proactive talent acquisition, building strong talent pipelines, championing diversity and inclusion, and anticipating future capability needs.
They oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while leveraging data and talent insights to forecast staffing requirements, identify market trends, and advise leaders on optimal hiring strategies. A TABP also elevates the candidate experience, strengthens employer branding, and continuously improves recruitment processes to ensure agility, quality of hire, and organizational competitiveness in the talent market.

What will you do?
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, define key talent requirements, and develop long-term hiring strategies that support organizational growth and capability building.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers-for both specialized positions and high-volume hiring needs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity indicators) and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to hiring leaders/managers to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making.
• Proactively engage and nurture passive candidates through networking, social platforms, and talent communities to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reinforcing the organization's employer brand and fostering lasting talent relationships.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers / Business Leaders to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational priorities, workforce plans, and overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to analyze hiring trends, talent availability, and labor market conditions, and provide insights and strategic recommendations to guide workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
• Work with employer branding team / partner to create branding initiatives

Who would be successful?
• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Experience: Atleast 5 years' experience of strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including intake sessions, sourcing strategy design, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Sourcing and Data Intelligence: Deep expertise in proactive sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, referrals). Ability to assess talent supply, competitor hiring activity, and skills availability in the market.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic Mindset: Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition plans (e.g., diversity, early careers, employer branding).
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into talent pipelines.
• Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders using data and insights
