As a Supply Chain Manufacturing Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and robust IT solutions aligned with Schneider's global and regional strategies. This role requires strong collaboration, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of supply chain manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
l Design and deliver solutions and technical architectures for China Supply Chain Manufacturing requirements.
l Collaborate with various IT domains to ensure consistent and aligned solution implementations.
l Ensure all solution architectures and roadmaps adhere to Schneider's IT policies, principles, and standards, covering:
o Schneider Digital Enterprise Architecture.
o Technical stack requirements.
o Hosting strategies (cloud and on-premise).
o Network deployment governance.
o Data roadmaps, security, and integration guidelines.
l Support the deployment of global standard tools ( especially Manufacturing and Logistics Best-of-Breed Platforms ) across Chinese plants under the KUNPENG Program.
l Contribute to the development of architecture capabilities, including technology identification and selection for the supply chain domain. Maintain and update technical principles and handbooks.
l Define solution architecture requirements for vendors, review their technical designs, and ensure alignment with Schneider's standards. Collaborate closely with IT suppliers to influence their proposals for optimal results.
l Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, user-friendly, and perform optimally across environments.
l Support project-driven Application Certification Framework (ACF) activities.

Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience :
- 8 + years of IT technical design and coding experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain manufacturing processes and related applications (e.g., MES and related manufacturing systems).
- Experience with logistics system deployments is a plus.
