Mission :

  • Supervise a large scope of the Supply Chain Planning function.
  • Organize /manage the Supply Chain Planning function for a given entity/product/range of products/region.
  • Advise the executive management regarding the Supply Chain Planning activities.
  • Proactive and responsive to guarantee results.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for management of all flow-related aspects (incoming, outgoing and internal) in a plant/DC.
  • Responsible for the supply chain planning function inside the plant/DC/ Responsible for the Supply Chain
  • Planning function inside the plant/DC.
  • Member of the entity's management committee.
  • Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
  • Manage his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
  • Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
  • Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
  • Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources: Warehouse and MPH
  • Is responsible of logistic department cost
  • Animate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and by proposing necessary resources to put in place.
  • Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery
  • Lead and improve supplier's performance in term of service level, lead time and lot size.
  • Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the SPS principles (Waiting queue, MPH, Pull flow, warehousing efficiency, ...)
  • Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed
  • Manage the ranges ramp down/up and obsolescence

  • Proven experience responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Concepts, Inventory Management
  • Collaborative approach to manage supply and demand,
  • SAP knowledge

  • Transport Logistics
  • Knowledge of IT tools to manage Supply Chain Flows
