Your Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead supply chain operations for our Modular Data Center (MDC) manufacturing site. You'll ensure efficient material flow, support production schedules, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Inventory
- Lead MPS and MRP processes aligned with customer timelines.
- Optimize inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Support material transitions for NPIs and product changes.
Procurement & Logistics
- Oversee daily procurement and supplier performance (QCD).
- Manage logistics and warehousing for large modular units.
- Resolve material shortages and quality issues.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and lead times.
- Monitor KPIs (OTD, Inventory Turns, PPV) and ensure ERP (SAP) accuracy.
Leadership & Compliance
- Lead and develop a team of planners, buyers, and logistics staff.
- Ensure safety, quality, and trade compliance across operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain; 3+ in leadership.
- SAP experience required; APICS certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
