Supply Chain Intern - Data Analytics

What you will do:



Work within the Europe Supply Chain Performance and Data Analytics team:

• in charge to animate the follow-up of supply chain planning KPIs.
• responsible for the definition & deployment of standard planning processes within the region.
• developing and maintaining all the data analytics initiatives for the planning function in Europe.

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:

• to run and share some performance reports with the Europe Supply Chain team members (plants, distribution centers, and central teams).
• to follow the daily refresh of our Planning Control Tower analytics (managed through Tableau software).
• to perform some spot data analysis based on management requests.
• to provide administrative support: preparation of balance score cards or reportings.
• to develop or update some existing Tableau dashboards based on defined priorities and user inputs.
• to support end-users in their analysis and help with user training.

What we need from you:

• Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, logistics or data analytics field.
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
• Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), other foreign languages are considered as a plus (German, Spanish, French).
• You have strong digital skills, confidence and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), knowledge of data analytics tools (Tableau software, Power BI ...) or SQL is appreciated.
• You have great problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• You are autonomous to drive your initiatives and source of proposal to progress.
• As soft skills we require good communication skills with an ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams.
• This role is convenient for a student part time, with both data analytics and supply chain / logistics related interest.

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30hours/week, with a possibility of home office based on agreement
