Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Sr. Quality Analyst supporting our Secure Power Division.
This position is remote within the U.S. and requires 50% travel. Must be located near an airport.
What will you do?
- Utilize statistical methods and tools such excel or power BI (and potentially other database analysis tools) to generate insight to analyze quality data and other metrics, identify trends, review processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality across projects. Provide data-driven reports for improving the quality management system.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, utilizing tools such as root cause analysis for audit finding resolution. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure lessons learned are documented, analyzed, and shared across the CEPO teams.

What's in it for you?
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- BA degree in a technical or business field
- Extensive experience working with databases to gather, review, understand, and present data
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma and Lean
methodology. - Communication skills allowing to interact with project teams, senior management, and external
stakeholders. Collaborating with different departments to ensure QMS/IMS objectives are
understood and integrated into their processes. - Leadership and/or people management skills are a must. We are looking for a strong leader to
take on quality initiatives. Somone who can bring people from different teams together and lead
them in a way that encourages high levels of participation and gets results.
