We're looking for a Sales Engineer (Power & Grid segment) to act as a trusted advisor to energy and infrastructure customers. You'll be the one who takes responsibility for the promotion and sales of Schneider Electric medium voltage equipment and energy management solutions to the network operators, renewable energy developers, other infrastructure and industry customers.
What will you do?
- Influence the market and understand customers' requirements - follow market trends in energy segment, detect and qualify projects, promote and sell Schneider Electric solutions
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with targeted End Customers (renewables, system operators, other energy intense customers and partners) in Lithuania to meet sales objectives
- Lead promotional actions and presentations to end users, energy contractors and design offices, detect and follow main projects, prepare offers and close the sales.
- In collaboration with colleagues follow execution of projects and meet agreed contractual agreements

What will make you successful?
- Suitable educational degree such as Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics or relevant studies
- Previous professional work experience in technical sales is essential
- Experience with renewable energy developers, power system operators, medium or high voltage products, relay protection or similar solutions would be a great advantage
- Language skills: Fluency in Lithuanian, Excellent in English
- Customer Orientation, Proactiveness, Resilient and Problem solution skills
- Excellent Collaboration, Negotiating and Networking skills
- B category driving license is essential
