We are seeking a proactive and structured Lead to oversee and manage key software tools and configurators within our Netherlands operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administration, enhancement, and alignment of software platforms with our global strategy.
While not a hands-on coding role, it requires a strong understanding of software systems, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned software tools and configurators within The Netherlands.
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams and the global organisation.
- Coordinate tools usage, feedback, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication of inaccuracies, observations, and enhancement opportunities to global teams.
- Support internal stakeholders by managing tools access, configurators, and documentation.
- Lead or support migration and implementation projects for legacy and new tools.
- Analyse tool performance and usage data to identify areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with standards and ensure a high-quality user experience.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Experience in software administration, product ownership, or tool implementation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, software configurators, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organisations is a plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Structured in administration
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
- Agile mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
