Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with extensive experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and Selenium, capable of leading QA efforts, mentoring junior testers, and driving quality initiatives across projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios and edge cases.
- Write, manage, and execute manual test cases.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior QA team members.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards.
- Contribute to setting up QA processes and best practices.
- Work in close coordination with international teams.
- Understand and actively contribute to Agile processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and release planning.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing with Python and Selenium.
