Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the drivers are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to driver functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on driver development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and interfaces.
- Experience with SCADA systems, power monitoring, and control applications.
- Familiarity with EcoStruxure Power Operation or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TGML based platforms.
- Knowledge of power quality and electrical systems.
- Experience in developing modular, scalable, and reusable software solutions.
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.
