The Digital Platform Champion & Solutions Quality Analyst plays a key role in strengthening digital governance, platform quality, and business process alignment across Hub solutions. This role is primarily focused on Digital Governance while also applying Application Analyst knowledge to assess functionality, document requirements, support testing, and ensure digital platforms and solutions meet expected quality, compliance, and user experience standards.

The role partners with stakeholders, process owners, digital teams, and end users to implement governance practices, monitor compliance, improve platform performance, and drive disciplined adoption of standards across digital solutions. By combining governance oversight with application analysis and quality validation, the position helps ensure digital tools remain reliable, controlled, business-aligned, and continuously improved.

This role acts as a specialized technical expert within the Transformation team, partnering with process owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and well-documented solutions. The position contributes directly to business value by combining application engineering, automation delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Digital Governance & Platform Stewardship

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital governance frameworks, standards, policies, and controls across digital platforms and business solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with established governance requirements, data handling expectations, platform standards, and control procedures to ensure consistent and responsible use of digital tools.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and digital owners to promote structured governance, standardization, and disciplined decision-making across digital initiatives and deployed solutions.
  • Track governance-related risks, issues, and observations, and support timely resolution or escalation in line with defined operating practices.
  • Maintain governance documentation, process maps, control registers, decision logs, and supporting records for digital platform oversight activities.
  • Help evaluate digital platforms and related processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization.

Application Analysis & Business Process Quality
  • Analyze digital solution functionality and business process requirements to confirm systems are aligned with user needs, intended controls, and operational expectations.
  • Document user requirements, business rules, process flows, acceptance criteria, and enhancement opportunities for digital platforms and related solutions.
  • Conduct functional reviews, testing support, and validation activities to ensure digital solutions meet expected quality standards before release or rollout.
  • Identify defects, usability issues, process breakdowns, and improvement opportunities, and work with development or platform teams to implement and validate corrective actions.
  • Review application performance, user feedback, incident trends, and recurring issues to recommend improvements that enhance platform efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure delivered enhancements and platform changes are supported by proper documentation, traceability, testing evidence, and change governance.


Quality Assurance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform quality checks on digital business processes, platform configurations, and solution outputs to confirm adherence to governance, quality, and compliance requirements.
    Support user acceptance activities, post-implementation reviews, and release validation to confirm solutions are working as intended in the business environment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and transformation stakeholders to resolve routine and non-routine issues affecting platform governance or solution quality.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates on governance compliance, testing completion, quality observations, and improvement actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and promoting best practices for sustainable digital platform management

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and evidence gathering related to digital platforms, business process controls, and solution changes.
  • Assist in governance forums, stakeholder reviews, and working sessions to align priorities, actions, and standards across digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to training materials, user guides, governance communications, and awareness activities that encourage proper platform usage and control discipline.
  • Help maintain issue logs, action trackers, test repositories, and lessons learned documentation for digital governance and solution quality activities.
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement projects requiring process analysis, system validation, or governance reinforcement.

Who would be successful?

EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Formal training or certification in digital governance, quality assurance, business analysis, process improvement, or application support is an advantage but not essential.


EXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital governance, business process quality, application analysis, systems support, digital operations, or related analyst roles.
  • Experience in documenting requirements, supporting testing, monitoring compliance, or validating digital solutions against business and quality expectations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to improve digital processes, platform controls, or application effectiveness.
  • Exposure to governance frameworks, change management, process controls, compliance reviews, or quality management practices in a digital environment.
  • Experience in shared services, operations, transformation, or digital enablement environments is preferred.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1-REQUIRED:
  • Good knowledge of digital governance concepts, controls, data stewardship expectations, and platform operating standards.
  • Strong understanding of application analysis, functional validation, requirement documentation, and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical actions that enhance efficiency and control.
  • Experience supporting testing activities such as test planning, test case execution, defect tracking, and release validation.
  • Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and traceability.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently with general guidance while adhering to policies, procedures, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in common productivity and reporting tools used for documentation, issue tracking, analysis, and governance monitoring.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2-DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
  • Experience with digital platforms, workflow tools, low-code solutions, or enterprise applications used to support business processes.
  • Exposure to data privacy, access governance, audit support, control testing, or regulatory compliance concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile, change control, service management, or release management practices.
  • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, process mapping, or business process optimization methods.
  • Experience using dashboards or reporting tools to monitor compliance, incidents, quality trends, or platform performance.
