Mission
The Site Manager is responsible for coordinating the construction of one or more sites. He/She sets up and monitors the overall organization of the sites in conjunction with the Site supervisors. He/She must comply with all the safety, quality and technical regulations and standards in force. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines and resources. He/She reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams (regularly) and reports functionally to the Project Manager of the GCP Ops department. He/She is responsible for site record management and provides feedback at site closure.

Responsibilities:
1. Schedule drafting and monitoring supervision
2. Budget management
3. Project preparation
4. Project / site management
5. Compliance with Quality of service/supply
6. Interface with the Project Manager and reporting
7. At the end of the project, in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, prepare all the items required for the end-of-project assessment and feedback with the organization responsible for the contract and ensure that the annotated documents and drawings (assembly, tests, etc.) are centralized at the end of the project in order to check that they are valid before sending them to the Project Manager and to the customer, after approval by the Project Manager.

1. Baccalaureate + 2 years of study of Electrical Engineering qualification
2. English - basic
3. 5 years minimum as a Site Supervisor / Commissioning Supervisor
4. Confirmed experience or litteracy with any of Schneider Equipment for MV (Premset, MCSET, PIX), Protection Relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy) and LV Distribution panels (Blokset, Okken, Prisma) is advantage
5. Experience in any competitor equipment (ABB, SIEMENS, etc.) is advantage
6. Experience working in semicon project is advantage
7. Team management
8. Flexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team player
9. Ability to communicate (written, verbal) in clear and synthetic manner on technical issues/topics.
10. Good Software tools literacy: MS Office (MS Project), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook
11. Advanced Knowledge of Medium voltage/Low voltage equipment
12. Knowledge of electrical networks
