Dein IMPACT:

• Du unterstützt unsere Servicetechniker weltweit vor Ort bei der Inbetriebnahme von Großprojekten - mit dem Fokus auf Frequenzumrichter
• Du bist ca. 50 % der Zeit unterwegs - zwischen einer Woche (Europa) und bis zu drei Wochen (interkontinental)
• Wenn unser technischer Support nicht mehr weiterkommt, übernimmst du: Du greifst remote auf die Systeme zu und findest dank deiner Erfahrung immer die passende Lösung
• Du denkst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick - dein Improvisationstalent hilft dir dabei
• Du schulst Techniker - sowohl in unserem Trainingszentrum in Wien als auch direkt beim Kunden - und bringst dein Know-how in die Entwicklung neuer Schulungskonzepte ein

Dein Profil:

• Du bist Ingenieur (w/m/d) mit Diplom-, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss - z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Regelungstechnik - oder hast alternativ einen HTL-Abschluss
• Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit SPS-Programmierung (z. B. IEC 611-31, Codesys)
• Idealerweise bringst du Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Frequenzumrichter und/oder Automatisierungstechnik mit Feldbussystemen mit
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Elektromotoren, Transformatoren, Automatisierungstechnik und IIoT
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch und fühlst dich in einem internationalen, multikulturellen Umfeld wohl
• Weltweite Dienstreisen (ca. 50 %) sind für dich kein Problem - du findest den Austausch mit anderen Kulturen spannend und bereichernd
