What we are looking for

The role of Services Manager Fire entails people and performance responsibilities for one or more offices/units, with overall responsibility for development and future growth in specified geographical area. The role is part of the Management Team for Digital Energy Services with primary responsibilities over Sales & Execution by leading high performing teams and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. As part of the management team, you enable the implementation of the strategy of the business unit.

In the role of Services Manager Fire, you are responsible to motivate, engage and develop employees. You are responsive and confident as a person and have confidence in yourself as a leader. Since relationships are a central part of your mission, you should also be trusting, cooperative and easily create and maintain relationships, both internally and towards our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate our services and service projects commitments together with service planning team, project managers and service sales so that services business are run in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Be accountable for the sales performance & activities by following up sales and marketing plan in your area of responsibility.
  • Achieve expected efficiency and drive the financial performance of the team.
  • Motivate and engage employees and give them the right conditions to succeed in the professional role.
  • Create the conditions for an open & inclusive environment and be fully responsible of the integration of new employees.
  • Overall work environment responsibility within own organization and to continuously work for a safe and secure work environment, including electrical safety in terms of certifications and education for employees.


Required skills and experiences
  • Engineering/Business School education (Master of Science/Bachelor) or equivalent competence
  • At least 5 years of experience in successful delivery of results
  • At least 2 years of documented experience of successful leadership with the ability to lead change
  • Swedish and English fluent
  • B-driving license
