This position is responsible for leading the sales strategy for Facility Managment Services Sales to develop strategies and schedules to meet the goals and objectives of our services offers. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high-value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

Generating leads and contacting prospective customers
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals and closing new business
- Negotiating contracts and pricing schedules with clients
- Giving sales presentations and pitches to showcase our products or services
- Preparing and maintaining sales reports and documentation
- Provide tailored solutions for every customer
- Reach out to customer Needs through regular customer visits, calls , meetings and Presentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, etc.)
- A minimum of Three to Five years of professional sales experience in a technical or industrial field.
- Experience in IT and data centers is a plus.
- Experience in digital services.
- Experience in Facility Managment Services Sales (Buildings)
- Knowledge of sales processes and strategies, including negotiation, relationship building, and customer service Special in services Activity
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in sales skills , SE Portfolio , Digital Solutions ...etc.
