What will you do?

  • Customer Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, addressing their operational and efficiency challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Direct Sales: Sell various value-added services to both existing and new customers.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and drive the strategic business plan for the growth of services business for assigned accounts.
  • New Projects & Clients: Target new projects and potential customers, and develop professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project tenders and quotations to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines.
  • Technology & Solutions: Stay current on relevant technologies, fit solutions to client needs, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and yearly order and sales targets.
  • Representation: Represent the company at key events and industry forums.
  • Reporting: Report all sales and account-related actions using CRM.
  • Consultation: Advise customers on the best service solutions according to standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Customer Relationships: Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent .
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in areas such as Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Switchgear, Energy Management Systems, VFDs, PLCs, Transformers, Industrial Automation, Protection Relays, and Field Testing.
  • Install Base Business: Knowledge in developing and driving solutions like Modernization, Retrofitting, AMC's, Digital Services, Trainings, etc.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 8 Years of sales experience with customers in various segments like O&G, MMM, Water, Building, Transportation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present views clearly and compellingly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Qatar Market Experience: Experience in the Qatar market is an added advantage.
  • Additional Qualification: An MBA is an added advantage.
