Services Quotation Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Services Quotation Specialist and be the vital link between our customers and exceptional service delivery! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to drive customer satisfaction through expert quotation management and sales support.

What will you do:

• Analyze complex quotation requests and develop comprehensive solutions, matching products to detailed customer specifications and drawings
• Perform advanced risk and opportunity assessments while preparing detailed cost analyses using established processes and tools
• Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues
• Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineer or related fields
• Knowledgeable in power, electricity, and networking
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills
• Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator
