Services Quotation Engineer

Are you passionate about delivering technical excellence and customer-focused solutions? We're looking for a Services Quotation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cavite!

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Field Services operations-crafting high-quality quotations and tender submissions for a wide range of services, including installation, testing, upgrades, modernization, and digital solutions. Your focus will be on Power Systems (MV/LV electrical distribution) and Secure Power services (UPS and Cooling).

What will you do?

• Analyze customer RFQs and tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements
• Develop cost-effective, technically sound solutions that meet customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams locally and globally, and engage with customers when needed
• Prepare detailed costing sheets to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins
• Deliver clear, high-quality quotations that minimize risk and maximize value
• Manage the smooth handover and booking of confirmed orders

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Technical Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in the supply, installation, and site testing of UPS systems, including 1-Phase SmartUPS and 3-Phase Galaxy, Symmetra, or Easy UPS units
  • Familiarity with Power Systems services, particularly MV/LV electrical distribution equipment
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong understanding of low and medium-voltage equipment design, installation, and application
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, commercial terms, and single-line diagrams for UPS and electrical systems
• Commercial Acumen:
  • Proven experience in preparing quotations and submitting tenders
• Industry Advantage:
  • Background in Data Center or Electrical Facilities is a plus
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients effectively
