Job Descriptions:
- Create, review & update quality processes, testing & commissioning procedures, test sheets and method statement for multiple ranges of SE products.
- Conduct site quality audits to ensure full compliance with product installation guide, quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lead Incident investigation to determine facts, event circumstances, root cause(s) and develop/implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train & mentor site team on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Creates and enforces project quality plan considering needed resources such as manpower, materials, and tools prior starting work to ensure efficient operation & maintain high quality standards.
- Address quality issues to relevant owners & assigning CRs for containment, corrective and preventive actions & follow up till closure.
- Ensuring that quality risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated.
- Supporting and coaching site team on methods and quality tools needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering, Operation, ETO, and LOB to solve quality issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Proven strong knowledge of Incident investigation techniques such as (FMEA & 8D approach).
- 6-8 years relevant experience in quality role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management system ISO 9001.
- Technical familiarity with different ranges of Schneider Electric products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- CID (Level 2) is highly desirable
