Main Mission:

In this role you will be responsible for the team Order and Planning department. Besides this you will have the responsibility for forecasting and realizing of the sales and Gross Margin. Ensuring that Orders & Contracts are well created and booked according to the Customer's Purchase Orders ensuring all relevant detailed information are correctly recorded in the IT system. Also responsible for scheduling the execution of Service Operations at the customer site ensuring spare-parts, tools, instructions, workforce, travel optimization, qualified Services Representatives, to allow the service execution team to properly implement the service delivery and the Customer expectations.

As a manager, he/she has to ensure the well being of the team, competencies availability and renewal inside his/her team, work capacity, as well as people development.

What will you do?



Services Order Management:
  • Ensure the Installed Products are eligible for services and correct
  • Ensure Bill to Accounts and Installed at accounts are correct and active with payment condition (monthly , quarterly)
  • Ensure PO validation process is followed
  • Ensure the Service Orders and Service Contracts in ERP system including information are transferred to BFS
  • Ensure Set appropriate billing plan in the ERP to ensure proper invoice generation
  • Ensure the proper orders management and coordination with planners, supply-chain, sales and customers to succeed on-time service performance and in the expected quality level
  • Ensure invoicing and payment in close collaboration with Project Managers, Logistics and Global functions
  • Ensure that the right Gross Margin is captured in ERP
  • Ensure collaboration cavite (recurring contract)


Planning management:
  • Ensure all WO are scheduled and enriched in BFS with all relevant info (requested dated, IB and quality checking as well, Customer details, scope of work, safety requirements, etc ...)
  • Ensure the proper WO prioritization based on SLA, VIP Customer, Contracts, spare-parts and subcontractors' availability
  • Ensure the right WO preparation and prioritization including balancing and smoothing workload
  • Ensure the proper backlog management and schedule all possible WO in the next 3 months
  • Ensure the good level of productivity (UR, travel time, time deviation, WO overdue, WO scheduled) including the customer experience (Get failure support)


Management:
  • Put in place relevant Management System to ensure perfect collaboration, and team collective dynamic
  • Track and implement ambitious People engagement action plan to ensure highest employee satisfaction
  • Ensure competency availability in long term within the team and anticipate competency evolution leveraging tools and processes dedicated to it
  • Manage Headcount through dynamic sourcing and attrition plan to ensure appropriate work capability within the team.
  • Participate in the Short Interval Management leading actions under OM and Planners perimeter

  • Good interpersonal communication and relationship with others
  • Understanding of impact of Services Representative utilization rate and work order management on Profit & Loss
  • Proactive communication with Customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Requisite Technical knowledge on Schneider products.
  • Capability and ability to escalate issues through the SIM cycles
