Execution & Customer Excellence

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee field service operations-ensuring on-time delivery with top-tier quality.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and brand excellence, making Schneider Electric a trusted partner.
  • Lead teams to proactively detect business opportunities and promote cutting-edge Digital Services.
  • Monitor service reports, manage resources efficiently, and deploy annual execution plans for P&L success.

People Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build and cultivate a motivated, high-performing team with a strong culture of engagement and innovation.
  • Ensure competency development & career growth for your team, preparing them for future challenges.
  • Implement dynamic sourcing and workload planning strategies to sustain long-term team performance.

Safety & Cyber Security
  • Champion a "Safety First" mindset and lead by example in implementing safety policies and audits.
  • Ensure 100% customer compliance with cyber security protocols and proactively report incidents.


What will help you succeed in this role?

  • A suitable educational background, such as a technical or commercial degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
  • Commercial mindset and a passion for working closely with clients.
  • Passion for leading teams to success with experience in leadership and successful managerial track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you thrive in collaboration and know how to make an impact.
  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes is an advantage
