What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end delivery of small & medium projects
- Analyze project scope and secure customer alignment on deliverables and baseline plans.
- Establish, manage, and oversee cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability and financial targets.
- Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Develop, maintain, and influence project plans, budgets, performance tracking and proactively address deviations.
- Prepare and manage essential project documentation including schedules, risk mitigation plans, change control, quality assurance, and communication strategies.
- Assign, monitor, and validate work packages within defined project scope.
- Set and manage project revenue forecasts, budgets, and gross profit target to ensure realization of financial outcomes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Ensure seamless integration and delivery across multiple parties and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Support strategic supplier partnerships to enhance mutual value and project outcomes.
- Participate in customer meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Oversee material booking, procurement, and project billing processes using SAP.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor degree of Electrical engineering
- Relevant years of experience required.
- Excellent commend of English.
- Professional user of Microsoft Office
