Service Planner

We are currently looking for a Service Planner to join our global services team in Sweden at our HQ in Solna, Stockholm!

In this role you will be scheduling the execution of Services operations at our customer sites. You'll be our expert in ensuring that all parts, tools, instructions, and order details are made available to the Services execution workforce and that the right, available and qualified Service Representative is scheduled for the job to meet customer requirements and Schneider workforce optimization. This role interacts with end customers, so the Services Planner must have great communication skills!

What you'll do

  • Audit and optimize Work Orders
    Review and enrich Work Orders in bridge Services (bFS), ensuring every detail-from urgency and customer info to scope and execution time-is accurate and ready for scheduling.
  • Enable seamless scheduling
    Make sure automatically created Work Orders are not just generated, but smartly scheduled and dispatched to the right people at the right time.
  • Prioritize like a pro
    Prepare and rank interventions based on customer type, spare part availability, and the readiness of Service Representatives or subcontractors-keeping the backlog flowing and customers happy.
  • Plan ahead with precision
    Assign Work Orders for the upcoming months, balancing customer needs, material delivery, and technician availability. Optimize routes, reduce travel and overtime, and combine interventions for maximum efficiency.
  • Be the communication champion
    Proactively connect with customers to confirm intervention details, and ensure Service Representatives are fully briefed on safety requirements, site access, permits, timing, and reporting.
  • Keep execution on track
    Monitor interventions in real time, reschedule or cancel when needed, and support Service Representatives remotely with calendar and visit management. Maintain high-quality data in every Work Order
  • Collaborate and elevate
    Join regular syncs with the Services Execution team to align priorities, share insights, and continuously improve planning processes.


Essential for the Role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills and strive for customer satisfaction!
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications and other software and have a degree in a technical field.
  • Navigate well in a complex organization and are keen on understanding our Service Representative work and business.
  • Experience working in planning role and have gained excellent analytic skills.
  • Self-starter, quick learner and ready to create an impact!
