The Role: Service Order Administrator

The Service Order Administrator will be responsible for end-to-end order processing for Brunei operations using SAP SEA ERP. This role also includes managing Singapore Oracle invoicing uploads and resolving submission disputes to ensure timely and accurate billing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with ERP systems, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

What will you do?

Order Processing:

• Create and maintain service orders and project records in SAP SEA ERP.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of Brunei-related transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate order details and resolve discrepancies.

Singapore Oracle Invoicing:

• Upload invoices to Oracle and ensure successful submission to customers.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on any submission failures or disputes.
• Liaise with finance and customer service teams to resolve invoicing issues.

Dispute Management:

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to invoice submissions.
• Maintain documentation of dispute cases and resolution timelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on dispute status and outcomes.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Generate reports on order processing and invoicing performance.
• Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements.

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or invoicing roles.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Oracle systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
