About the Role (Job summary):
This position is responsible for driving channel marketing initiatives and supporting channel sales activities for Schneider Electric's service business, with a focus on single-phase UPS and other assigned offerings. The role involves strategic planning, execution of marketing programs (including rebates and MDF), creation of training and sales enablement materials, and data-driven decision-making. It also includes ownership of channel sales performance and offer management responsibilities, ensuring end-to-end customer experience from service purchase to issue resolution.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs such as rebates, MDF utilization, and partner engagement campaigns.
- Develop training materials, sales enablement content, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of channel sales targets and drive initiatives to grow revenue.
- Lead offer management for single-phase UPS and other assigned services, ensuring seamless customer experience from purchase to support.
- Consider improvements to the functionality of the service registration platform and explore ways to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with channel sales teams on onsite events, customer visits, and joint sales activities.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product management to align strategies and drive growth.

- Experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IT or electrical infrastructure products is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.

Who will you report to?
This position reports to the Service Marketing Manager and works closely with channel sales, offer management, and global marketing teams.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, channel sales, or product management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive and flexible attitude toward participating in sales activities such as partner visits and events
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong logical thinking and hypothesis testing skills.
- Knowledge of IT or electrical infrastructure products is a plus.
