Join our Service Order Management team as a Senior Assistant I and become the essential connection between customer orders and flawless service delivery. If you thrive on accuracy, collaboration, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
What will you do?
- Enter and book service orders and contracts in ERP systems with precision and attention to detail
- Validate product installations, billing accounts, pricing, and service entitlements to ensure order accuracy
- Monitor data flow to CRM and billing systems while applying financial rules and tracking gross margins
- Partner with sales and logistics teams to resolve order issues and support on-time service delivery
