Mission:
Guarantee machine/process performance in terms of safety, quality, availability/reliability and performance. Participate in design, selection, installation, evolution of production / process equipment. Develop / apply / execute necessary plans along machine / equipment / process lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance function, accountable responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity. Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service/availability, cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability.

What will you do?
Inside industrialization team he/she will be responsible of the following activities:
• Prepare ICT (in-circuit test) and FCT (functional test) specification documents and related planning of the activities for new products and existing one (PMP-PEP process)
• Manage Maintenance of existing product equipment according to the SE process with relevant suppliers
• Influences the designs to optimize the manufacturing process, minimize manufacturing cost and investment in the context of the test equipment, test procedure and memory programming.
• Be part of industrialization team for the best integration in the line of production of test systems (ICT and FCT)
• Analyze time, costs and different strategies/solutions related to the system of test for products
• Manage development activities related to FCT and ICT provided from external supplier
• Understands products and identifies key part/assembly attributes to control, familiar with Poka-Yoke methodology and conducts Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) studies for a product compliant with the quality requirements
• Understand and Leads quality goals (i.e. Cp/ Cpk). Identifies, applies and drives methods for Robust Design (i.e. Mission Profile, FMEAs, Quality Control Plans, ecc)
What will help you to be successful?
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for PCBA
• Knowladge of BoundayScan technology and related development tools
• Understand and able to apply key concepts of relational database systems ERP (SAP) and database design to business solutions (SQL)
• Understanding of electronics principles and components (electric diagrams, design of simple electronic circuit, proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscopes, power analyzers ecc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
• Lead problem solving team in analyzing complex issues (aptitude to problem solving)
• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field; master's degree is a plus
• Two or more years of experience in developing test system for PCBA and finish goods
• Good knowledge of Italian and English language written and spoken
Other helpful requirements:
• Knowledge for electronic board assembly process (SMT process,SPI process, Optical inspection, soldering system, ecc.)
• Knowledge and experience with SW for automatic testing of products (C#,Delphi, LabView, TestStand) and Leonardo for SPEA test system
• Knowledge of production tools to prepare material and repair (cutting tools, bench for repair, ecc.)
• Knowledge functional and value analysis
• Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, CanOpen, TCP/IP, ecc.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols like Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee
