We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale customer projects or significant work packages within major programs, in alignment with company policies and established processes.

This role involves functional leadership of cross-disciplinary project teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong financial performance. The Senior Project Manager will delegate sub-projects to designated Project Managers and collaborate closely with PMO experts and documentation managers to drive key project KPIs-emphasizing software delivery, service excellence, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder management and team leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Customer and third-party relationship management within the defined project scope.
  • Full accountability for project execution in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Active contribution to the Project Managers' Community of Practice, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Acting as a sales ambassador for the OPEX service portfolio.

In the capacity of Global Project Manager for a dedicated VIP client, the Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-impact solution execution projects (Categories B/A). This includes mentoring project managers engaged with the client, ensuring consistency across all projects in terms of scope, communication, and execution. The Global Project Manager holds overall P&L responsibility and serves as a strategic leader and coach to the broader project team.

Other responsibilities:
  • Set an execution strategy at the start of the project and implement it throughout the project lifecycle
    Organize & manage the project team and suppliers. Monitor their progress in line with Project plan (scope, schedule and budget) till completion.
    Insure effective communication within the team for best team coordination and motivation
  • Monitor, control & report project execution status, progress & KPIs. Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews, risk escalation reviews)
  • Protect Schneider Electric interests within the frame of the contract untill the end of contractual obligations
  • Alert the management about project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles and keep the leadership on the actions related to them
  • Perform on regular basis risk and opportunity assessment and implement action plan to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities
  • Develop customer intimacy (including end-user if applicable), drive all communication with customer. Insure highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project to prepare ground for futur business.
    Strategic approach to capture additional business for our company directly or not related to the project especially linked to digital and Service as per Company vision
  • Take full accountability and control over project profitability (sales, margin & cash) including forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast. Implement profitability improvement actions. Satisfy entity and country expectations on sales, margin and cash collection.
  • Ensure project team and suppliers are executing the project in full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes, quality instructions and governance principles. Take all necessary actions to correct any deviations or quality issues occurring during project execution.
  • Working closely with Service teams; identify, develop and address additional Service CAPEX and OPEX opportunities including cybersecurity services
  • Contribute to PM Community of Practice within his Execution Center and globally within Execution Center network. Identify, formalise, share and promote lessons learned and best practices.
  • Act as mentor within Application Center PM team
  • Manage Cybersecurity risk and actions linked to cybersecurity with all team members, customers and suppliers/service providers/sub-contractors.
  • Strong monitoring of HSE policy to all team members and sub-contractors especially for site activities and travels

Global Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures Customer and Segment team satisfaction, profitability of all projects in portfolio for dedicated VIP client, successful project execution and project control including risk and opportunity management
  • Collaborate closely with Segment team to identify and contribute to project pipeline and set-up
  • Compile experience on first of a kind solution and get apply best practice to following projects
  • Provide senior level customer interface when needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business
  • English fluency is a must
  • Minimum 8 years in managing complex projects & hyperscale clients
  • Data center infrastructure: Deep knowledge of power, cooling, automation, and monitoring systems.
    Cloud architecture awareness: Understand hyperscalers design
  • Digital tools: Familiarity with platforms like EcoStruxure, DCIM, BIM, and digital twins.
  • Uptime certification is a plus
  • Experience in tender is a plus
  • Experience in consortium project
  • Cross functional and cross border experience

Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal
  • Proven leadership skills in project context focusing despite stress and headwinds on business objectives and good political skills
  • Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix organisation, use strong internal and external networking to develop additional business
  • Good digital background, awarness of ecostruxure taylored solution to customer and able to act as best sales agent
  • At ease with new integrated digital tools for better work efficiency
