• Logistics performance improvement

• Network modeling for logistics

• Lead smart DC assessment and applications deployment within region

• Champion the deployment of SPS in the logistics functions and DCs (storage strategy, capacity, time database, layout and process balance, short interval tracking, Andon, WI/ JBS validation etc.)

• Standardize the application of best practices (such as SPS, global SOP) within the region

• Assess and guide relevant people in the logistics territory to enhance their SPS and Lean competency

• Deploy and optimize the lean warehouse practices for all warehouses and distribution centers in the region

• Support Logistics site in performance improvement and new initiatives

• Engage actively with Supply Chain Performance team to leverage on expertise and governance

• Lead local method competency setup in DCs

• New or extended flow study and improving projects

• Support DC transformation projects
