Senior Manager - Production Engineering (Vadodara)

This position will be for Vadodara factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)
Designation: Senior Manager - Production Engineering (Vadodara)
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead life cycle engineering for electronic switchgear products, ensuring product reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Drive sustaining engineering initiatives including obsolescence management, design updates, and field issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of electronic assemblies.
4. Implement and maintain robust documentation and change control processes using PLM tools.

5. Support audits, certifications, and compliance with global standards (IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH, etc.).
6. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in best practices for product industrialization and life cycle support.
Competencies:
1. Working knowledge in SAP, Quality Tools: Minitab, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans
2. Testing & Debugging: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Boundary Scan, ICT
3. Standards: IEC 60947, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, UL 508
