Job Title: Leads Management Sr. Manager
Job Summary:
The Leads Management Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the process of lead generation, qualification, conversion and assignment to respective stakeholders. This role involves managing a team of lead generation specialists, ensuring that leads are handled efficiently and follow best practices, and collaborating with Sales, Partners, Marketing and Digital teams to drive business growth and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of tools, analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oversight and Process Management:
- Supervise end-to-end lead generation and qualification process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure proper segmentation, prioritization, and distribution of leads to appropriate teams and maintain and update the leads database, ensuring clean and up-to-date information.
- Monitor lead response times and quality, ensuring leads are followed up promptly and professionally as per defined TAT.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of lead generation specialists to ensure they meet targets and performance standards.
- Organize ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills in lead management, CRM usage, product know-how and communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback to support professional and Business growth.

- Collaboration with Sales, Distribution, Digital, Marketing and other Stakeholders:
- Work closely with the various team to align on lead quality, lead scoring criteria, and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure that lead generation campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse lead management performance metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Generate smart reports on lead conversion rates, team performance, and pipeline health.
- Implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion processes based on data insights.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline lead management workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for lead generation and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in lead management, sales, or marketing, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency and understanding of CRM or lead management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
