The HR Digital Services Team at Schneider Electric aims to improve HR effectiveness and efficiency and enhance Employee Experience by incorporating digital technologies and SaaS solutions into our HR processes.

This role will be focused on supporting the Workforce Administration Capability in enhancing and optimizing foundational HR Processes and data around the WFA area- providing centralized and compliant systems and processes for managing Human Capital.

This role supports the HR WFA Global Capability Owner with a Digital HR Focus. You will be part of a team that is leading the digital transformation of Workforce Administration (WFA) processes. This role blends HR operational expertise with digital innovation, ensuring that employee lifecycle processes are streamlined, automated, and data-driven .

The role involves close collaboration with other teams in the enterprise including Enterprise IT, HR CoEs and HR Services teams.

Who will you report to?

• This role reports to the DG M, HR Digital Services

• You will work closely with senior leaders , and HR CoEs , HR Services and Enterprise IT teams.

• The role is an individual contributor position with high visibility and strategic influence

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• MBA or B.Tech (Computer Science) from a reputed institution

• 3-7 years of experience in Digital HR/ HR Systems

• Experience of managing Core HR/ Workforce Administration will be an added plus

• Demonstrated success in managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for clarity, alignment, and impactful storytelling.
