Senior Manager - EMCS Projects

- Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Electrical Monitoring & Control Systems (EMCS), Substation Automation Systems (SAS), E-SCADA systems and CRP.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage engineering documents, including System Architecture, Design Specification, IO Lists, Bill Of Materials, General Arrangements, other calculations, and comprehensive FAT/SAT test reports.
- Programming: Design, develop, program, and test PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, and HMI.
- Protocol & Networking: Configure and test networks using protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, and MQTT. Strong knowledge of PC/Servers, Networking, Cyber Security (e.g., IEC 62443, 62351), and virtualization is required.
- Logic & Configuration: Implement complex logic schemes (e.g., Load Shedding, Load Sharing, OLTC control ,protection schemes in CRP etc) and manage IO Mapping , database troubleshooting.
- Tools: Proficiently use operating systems (Windows), communication tools (serial/IP), and debugging tools (Modscan, IED Scout, Wireshark, IEC Tester). Experience with Copadata Zenon and Schneider Electric solutions (M580, Saitel/T500, SCADA Operation etc ) is required. Other platform experience is a plus.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teams, stay updated on industry advancements, and conduct training/presentations.
- Travel: Role requires 10-20% travel.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics , Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in substation automation design and implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAS, RTU programming, HMI development, substation automation principles, load shedding , load sharing schemes and communication protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, DNP3).
- In-depth Understanding: Expertise in substation parameterization and IED configuration.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
