Senior Manager - Data Analyst
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Data Analyst who will not only perform traditional data analysis but also drive the implementation of AI platforms and develop a robust data strategy for the organisation. This hybrid role requires a blend of analytical rigour, strategic vision, and technical leadership to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
•
Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
•
Develop dashboards, visualisations, and KPI trackers using tools like Tableau, or other platforms.
•
Knowledge of ETL from AWS or other clouds
•
Perform statistical modelling and trend analysis to support business decisions.
AI Platform Implementation
•
Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI platforms (e.g., AWS AI Suite, Salesforce Tableau AI).
•
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
•
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems to enhance automation, prediction, and personalisation.
Data Strategy Development
•
Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
•
Establish governance frameworks for data quality, stewardship, and compliance.
•
Drive initiatives for unified customer data architecture across platforms like Salesforce, SAP, AWS Data Lake, and SmartComm Hub.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
General
•
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate insights into strategic actions.
•
Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on data priorities and AI adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
•
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with exposure to AI/ML platforms.
•
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
•
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing.
•
Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes
•
Experience in leading AI platform rollouts or data strategy programmes.
•
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS AI tools.
•
Prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial domains is a plus.
