All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - Employee Experience team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future". Within this team, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management team (IAM) to oversee the effective utilization, and continuous improvement of the IAM solutions.

Role mission

  • As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, your role is crucial to ensure the secure and efficient management of digital identities and access privileges across the organization.
  • This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure that only authorized users have access to appropriate resources, aligning with security policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.
  • The IAM Senior Analyst acts as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce access policies, streamline provisioning processes, and mitigate identity-related risks.

Main responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of IAM processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business units to align IAM processes with organizational workflows and user needs.
  • Document configurations, workflows, integration guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Oversee daily operations of IGA platform.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on IAM-related topics.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to IAM training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to detect and respond to identity-related threats and anomalies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, etc.).
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve IAM support operations, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing monitoring, and streamlining incident response workflows.

Skills and experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles .
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., Sailpoint, OneIdentity, etc.).
  • Scripting and debugging experience (Java and Powershell).
  • Experience with LDAP and REST API.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with users, professionals, and IT teams.
  • Proactive approach to system reliability, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they escalate into operational problems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, document, and explain root causes clearly.

Desired/Preferred to have
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Deep working knowledge of most common Identity Governance and Administration tools.
  • Identity related certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Engineer Certification).
  • Knowledge of identity security and compliance frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust architecture, GDPR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000.
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
