Job Summary
Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services to a group, geographic area or as a shared service. Responsibilities include: employee onboarding, benefits administration, timekeeping and payroll, employee data and records management, employee transfer, offboarding and other HR Shared Services activities.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contract for end to end HR Services from onboarding, lifecycle, learning, benefits, timekeeping management, payroll advice and off boarding
- Manage onboarding and off boarding of employees, including new hire processing, benefit orientation, updates in applicable systems (benefits portal, HRIS system, etc.)
- Manage vendors for Insurance (Medical or else) to register employee and family, and then regularly update the data (active and inactive).
- Process claims and related with medical and other insurance with vendors
- Manage day to day and monthly Statutory Benefit activities
- Communicate to employees related with HR, Benefit Policies and news regularly.
- Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code.
- Lead initiatives for continues improvement and digitization

Qualifications
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably has experience in night shift/graveyard shift as an HR Generalist or equivalent
• Knowledge on local statutory and labor laws
• Knowledge in using HR systems including HRIS, ticketing systems and attendance systems
• Excellent business ethics and integrity
• Knowledge in the principles of recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS.
• Leader in customer service and partnering with the business
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Intermediate presentation and reporting skills.
