As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives across local and regional teams. You will be deeply involved in business transformation efforts, helping to shape the future of Schneider Electric through progressive HR programmes and agile collaboration.

This role will be based in Singapore and is ideal for a forward-thinking future HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment and is passionate about enabling organizational success through people.

What will you do?

  • Strategic HR Partnership
    • Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding business goals and developing HR strategies that align with business objectives
    • Drive transformation projects such as job / organisation redesign, talent development programs to ensure clarity, scalability, and alignment with future business needs.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational agility, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
    • Act as a change agent to support transformation & growth initiatives that are aligned with Schneiders' values and leadership principles
  • Talent Management

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Partner with Talent Management & Learning to identify high-potential talent and support leadership development programs
  • Partner with Rewards on reviewing compensation and benefits processes, including annual reviews and salary benchmarking
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning with business leaders
  • Culture & Engagement
    • Facilitate culture transformation initiatives
    • Analyze engagement survey results and partner with leaders to implement action plans.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and align HR metrics with Schneider's Sustainability Impact (SSI)
  • Data-Driven HR
    • Monitor & analyze HR metrics (eg turnover, employee engagement scores) to forecast and form insights (eg hiring needs, workforce risks) and provide recommendations to business (eg retention strategies, etc)
    • Develop dashboards and reports to provide HR insights to business leaders while leveraging on people analytics to measure impact of HR programmes and initiatives
  • Employee Relations & HR Compliance
    • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
    • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions when necessary.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field;
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with exposure to a dynamic & matrixed environment regionally or globally
  • Demonstrates leadership presence with the ability to influence, inspire, and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Highly self-driven and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on outcome
  • Proven ability to align HR policies and practices to be compliant with Singapore employment laws and statutory guidelines
