Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
The Role: Senior BI Analyst
We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who will take full ownership of key data systems and processes that support Sales Operations. This role is beyond project based or "build and move on" role-you will manage ongoing data workflows, strengthen data quality, and continuously improve how customer data flows through our ecosystem. You will play a central role in modernizing legacy processes into automated, scalable, and well‑designed systems.
You will work hands‑on with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and modern data/AI tools to automate validations, enhance data architecture, and ensure customer data is accurate and reliable across reporting, analytics, and downstream applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building sustainable systems, driving automation, and applying a technology‑first mindset to deliver long-term business value.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer data processes, including monitoring, data quality controls, issue prevention, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the transformation of Sales Operations data workflows by replacing manual processes with automated, scalable solutions.
- Design, evolve, and maintain data models and data flows, ensuring the architecture is efficient, scalable, and aligned across systems.
- Build and deploy automation using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and modern data/AI tools (e.g., LLMs, API integrations, RPA).
- Review and resolve system-generated hierarchy/matching exceptions through structured analysis.
- Run recurring data quality checks to keep customer data accurate across multiple platforms.
- Partner with teams responsible for data rules and governance to understand changes and their downstream impacts.
- Create clear documentation and communicate updates to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customer data processes and support teams relying on accurate account alignment and hierarchy information.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL experience for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools.
- Hands-on experience with Python (automation, APIs, scripting) and interest in leveraging AI and modern data tools.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms, automation tools, or RPA is a plus.
- Understanding of data architectures, data modeling, and how data flows across systems.
