Senior Business Analyst - AI & Analytics
Role Summary
We're looking for a hands‑on Business & Data Analyst to partner with AI & Analytics Transformation Leaders to turn business needs into production‑ready AI and analytics solutions for our Sales & Marketing teams. You will shape requirements, coordinate compliance, validate ground truth, ensure data quality, and lead UAT to final sign‑off-while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Requirements
- Drive requirements elicitation with Business owner, target persona and key stakeholders.
- Document As-Is /To-Be process
- Convert business needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain traceability from requirements design test UAT release.
- Align scope, priorities, and success criteria across stakeholders.
Data & Ground Truth
- Identify data sources and align with data owners & delivery team to ensure it meets the usecase requirements.
- Lead ground truth gathering with SMEs for model training/labeling and evaluation.
- Conduct data quality profiling and provide feedback, highlighting risks and mitigation plan.
Compliance & Risk
- Coordinate with Legal, Security, and Data Governance for privacy, consent, retention, DPIA/DPA, AI governance (incl. use of LLMs).
- Ensure data minimization and proper handling of Personal and confidential data, where applicable.
- Maintain the risk/issue log and mitigation plans.
Delivery & UAT
- Prepare UAT strategy, plans, and test cases mapped to original requirements.
- Run UAT: test execution, defect triage, and closure with owners.
- Validate UAT outputs and confirm alignment with acceptance criteria.
- Drive UAT conclusion, sign‑offs, and release readiness documentation.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate workshops, stand‑ups, and steering updates; circulate clear status reports.
- Manage expectations, dependencies, and change requests.
- Prepare review materials for leadership and program forums.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain documentation: Project Portfolio incl enhancement and new scope requests, BRD/FRD, data docs, test assets, & change logs.
- Update Data Compliance tracker
- Define, align & Document KPIs related to deployment, adoption and business impact status reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years total experience across Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
- Strong experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories, process mapping and acceptance criteria.
- Hands‑on big data handling, profiling and quality experience.
- Proven UAT leadership: planning, execution, defect management, and sign‑off.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in agile cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Domain
- Exposure to AI/ML projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Cases).
- Experience with BI/analytics (Tableau) and data platforms (AWS or similar).

- Salesforce CRM
- SQL (basic preferred)
- Jira, Confluence
- Excel/Sheets for analysis & tracking, Tableau
- Collaboration : Teams, Miro/Mural for workshops
Reporting & Collaboration
- AI & Analytics Transformation Leader.
- Works closely with: Sales and Marketing process owners, IT/Digital delivery teams, Product Owners and Division/Operations SPOC.
